Apparently, the judge gave more merit to HBs arguments than your arguments which are the same as the plaintiffs. To me, that speaks volume than mere innuendos of those people accusing HB. The investor is responsible for his own action investing in speculative stocks. IF you want a sure return, you should invest in guaranteed income such as CDs or bonds. Even bonds don't guarantee a 100% profit. Enuff of the HB lies allegation. The two courts did not believe in it. You guys are sure of a slam dunk win for your guy anyway, Why not just wait till June and celebrate it after the win.
