BTW, & FWIW, digEcor will get substantially all the relief they're requesting in the suit with the out-of-court settlement. They hold all the critical cards and have the deepest pockets, not to mention that Edig hasn't delivered even yet on it's $800k order ... 4 months after the scheduled delivery date... well over 2x the time to place and ship an order which was scheduled for delivery by Jan 10.
