This has dollar land written all over it,just look at their pipeline such stocks are traded on Nasdaq and NYSE normally,it's just that since they are Swiss more conservative they have never looked at the stock,well the presentation which you ave got shows that the document is prepared in view of a trade sale or M&A,the debt here is more than 60 mio $ and surely if this is valued at 500 mio based on the results they have achieved we could expect at least a price of $1.50 just with current pipeline and if HIV and malaria results come positive and if they file a 510K to FDA and get an approval boom multi dollar stock,I gave been the one adding at these levels don't mind holding it for another 12 months
