Can you please explain the Titan connection for this news story?

The fifth paragraph states:

Most of the recorded cases are associated with the abuse of painkiller Opana-which contains the powerful opioid oxymorphone, Washington Post reported. The drug is ground up and injected, and users share needles sometimes which is how HIV is transmitted to them.

The opioid oxymorphone is in the painkiller Opana,which was used by most of the recorded cases of HIV.


Titan's proposed product, Probuphine, is designed to treat opioid addiction....


If approved earlier,it may have prevented the outbreak's severity,by Probuphine's non-abusive 9implant)qualities and long-lasting (6 month) delivery system.


This shows that the drug epidemic has only gotten worse,since the FDA decided to originally deny approval of Probuphine.
