Isn't it Godsend that CEPSA needs so much time to disclose resource estimates.

Do you think, that at this very moment, as we speak, CEPSA does have some sort of clue as to where they are going to drill their first uncommercial well, and what they might expect in terms of barrels found?

Man, is Offor Lucky, because any commercial estimate number, or specific location could, in my view, affect the effectiveness of this downward spiral.

Any form of news could mess up the goal of ending up with a float of 3 Billion and beyond. We simply have to take that into account. We can't close our eyes for this scenario.
