Team, sometimes it takes some of us longer to get it...for me the light bulb moment just hit:

Obviously - the few old note holders who chose to convert after the r/s sent a message and were probably pissed with the friendly financiers terms which included warrants. These "new" guys stand to make a bundle IMO.

So, what is their recourse - short ahead of the massive dilution (just like before) and buy up shares from the weak who panic sell. Nobody hands over 13 million (unsecured) without doing DD. This action is emotion based and I don't see how a 75 cent price benefits anyone from converting further as they will LOSE money. The pressure on Mgt from other noteholders, pissed off longs, and just from folks that don't like how things are being handled must be INTENSE.

* I would have a freakin stroke and be worried I would get chastised in public. I think this turns around quickly as one whiff of an upturn in PPS gets em off the sidelines. All IMO
