Excellent subject for a change, Jayyy. Let me have a whack at it if I may.

First, this is the issue that will make or break the company - MONEY. It is no secret that sales are below expectations. MDR in Mexico is the only customer to my knowledge and they have exclusive rights to distribution of Sucanon in Mexico. That being said, they are placing orders with Roth as they need to replenish supplies. The orders are large enough and infrequent enough that some quarters show no sales and some show sales. Wether or not they have met or are meeting the requirements to maintain their exclusive distribution rights in Mexico, I'm not sure. They are not required to buy the designated quantities, but if they don't then Roth is free to engage other distributors in Mexico. Aparently MRD sales are below expectations. This is my understanding of current sales situation in Mexico.

If there is only $121 in the bank, that is not the sign of a scam or anything illegal or shady, it just means lack of sales and lack of profits.

Now, just to revisit some history. Prior to MDR there was an agreement with Merck (not THE Merck), but a smaller Merck in Europe. Merck is now out of the picture.

So, Roth is searching for new distribution partners worldwide and this is the reason investors own the stock, for the huge sales potential if/when they hit upon a good distribution partner. This is the holy grail. This is what would make the stock pop immediately to $0.10 or more. What would a $20 million deal or similar mean to the share price? This is what the investors are waiting for.

The fact that is hasn't happened yet is the reason the share price is less than $0.01.

So, Jayyy, you raised the right issue and I have told you my opinion and the sales history as I understand it. If you know otherwise or wish to correct my undersatnding or add some information, then please do so.

Remember, this is a high-risk / high-reward investment. Don't risk money you can't afford to lose. Do you own DD and buy or don't buy.
