absolutely Crossrip, the great thing about what is happening in my opinion is that INCC and AEGA(FutureLand) and FWDG and IFXY are all going to profit from INCC getting their LICENSEs for their growers..

all these companies have skin in the game, there are many forces at work here, not just INCC...

the key to getting a license is to take the proper steps....

just the other day, another grower from another public traded company, they are working on their construction permit with Huerfano County, when the county looked at their pending application there was a list of things that the grower needed to AMEND in order to move forward...

they just PR'd the other day that they addressed these issues, here is their statement:

The amended LUA addressed the issues that had been outlined in our press release on March 17, 2015, and as follows;

1. Installation of a sprinkler systems in certain areas of the Head-house and Greenhouse facilities,
2. Installation of a Dry Hydrant System with two (2) 5,000 gal. storage tanks,
3. Installation of a Fire Suppression System with smoke exhaust in Greenhouse,
4. Address road conditions along Bennett Roadway, specifically the three (3) low-water crossings.

this stock already traded over a $1 already and the CONSTRUCTION has not started yet...shareholders got impatient and it came back down to 39cents now...

this stock shows how shareholders can lack patience pretty easily....

here at INCC, I feel we have many strong longs that have been here for a while and understand that these things will take time....

also as you can see, INCC and FWDG and AEGA and IFXY can all learn by studying the other applications (this property above is roughly 20minutes from the INCC farms - the property is about 38 acres where as FWDG property is over 200 acres and INCC has first right of refusal)

many good things going on here, I am ok with the water taking some time, whats more important is that they do the job right

if the harvest date changes to September, no problem with me....
