If there were still only 429m shares then .5 or even 1 could be somewhat remotely possible, upon stellar growth, acquisition news but with 1.5 to 3 B shares outstanding, that price just cannot stand.
But weirder things have happened.

In 2001 priceline was also considered penny stock after collapsing and look where it's now,valued at 25 times its earning.
