The reason I think this stock is fundamentally broken, is because with all the conversions, nobody knows what the market cap is really at. We know it's probably cheap, but there isn't a trading website that has accurate updated info. Once we get some updated info from the company, and the O/S stabilizes, that is when this will really move up. JMHO.
