If they didn't care about shareholders, then why didn't they just file BK?

Why didn't they keep the 100 for 1 R/S on the table? Why didn't they at least max it out to 20 for 1 that was on the table?

You need to think about these things before you come to the conclusion that they don't care about shareholders.
