They have a option,

1) Reverse split.

2) Share buy back.

3) Buy out.

4) Do nothing.

If the company don't have the funds now to do a buy back, and they wait til lets say PPS reaches .02 and then buy back a half billion shares "IF" they have the funds. Your looking at $10 million per Half Billion shares @ .02. Or, do smaller buybacks as it grows.

I see a possible reverse split, late this year, or sometime 2016. To many shares to feed to get this over a dollar.

Buyout of .20 to .30 a share is what I would like to see. For Sale By Owners!!!
