In light of the huge Resnick news, this weekend maybe it would be wise to think like a distributor. Here is the December 2014 investor presentation for Core Mark, a $10 billion a year distro company. You'll probably find the most interesting content after slide 35 or so. Looks like they're going to be coming for the vapor companies hard.
