hubrat- No I didn't say that . What I said was that institutions were feeding out shares in an effort to reduce their holdings.
I further said that I expect capitulation on massive volume which may well be an opportunity to buy .

I did not say " by the end of the month". Could happen at anytime but I guess it'll be soon. Don't know exactly how soon.
