You can't compare an obvious scam from the get go to a legitimate mining company. And blaming JJ, or the promoters, might have been reasonable 10 years ago, but after all the evidence over the last few years, I think that most of those still invested knew the story and were hoping to ride the hype. At a minimum, they certainly knew the risks.
