A/S has been increased to 1.9 Billion. Also, oddly enough, A/S for Preferred shares has been increased from 1 million to 5 million shares. I wonder what that's all about?

I assume Kenny is about to issue such a HUGE block of shares to a single party, he'll no longer have voting control over the company, so he needs to issue a bunch of preferred shares to himself, so he stays in control.
