I think I'm just going to sit this one out until after the vote and if YES ....I'll sit out until after the Reverse split.The more I've thought about all this it just makes me angry...makes me disappointed.....People say that its not OMEX mgmt. fault why the share price is where it is or a host of other things that are NOT blamed on them but the fact is if its not their fault ,then whos is it?

Take the SSCA ,,,,,,,as far as we knew ,,,we were told it was a done deal based on their new business model,,you know the one where they don't go after any arhchaeological treasure without first getting proper permission...to make sure they get fugging paid.Gee ,now there's a novel Idea...getting paid for their work and shareholders getting paid for their patience and their investing.

The Victory was a done deal as well...Oh wait..its not...sorry ...Kinda like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the football.

Oh and we're going to work warm water during the winter months....instead they sit for now 5 months ...almost half the fugging year with their thumbs firmly up their wazoos. More Lies.

I don't care what the excuse is they mis-managed everything to get where they are...if short on cash and can't work....I think Gordon straight up lied in the conference call telling everyone they were sitting in Hull for repairs ....BUllspit.They just did a Major overhaul I think it was last year ..or year before...doesn't matter,,,,,,, Hes a liar and I'll tell him to his face.

Then comes this fancy footwork creative financing that potentially leaves shareholders with much less ....and slowly decreasing interests in the projects.

The whole thing after taking it all in is maddening

I say just file Bankruptcy ....clean out the shareholders ,(they might as well) ...........Its a slow bleed anyway.Get rid of debt and maybe start over .....yah I know screwing shareholders isn't a good thing..but they're doing it anyway.

I also do not think that the Oceanica deal will ever see the light of day.......ever!

Well....I guess I've said my piece,well a little piece,could say more ,unless something changes dramatically that doesn't dilute the Hell out of shareholders I think I'm done chasing this dream.


All the shareholders have another cup of koolaid ....and this time spike it with something so at the very least you get a buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!

They have done NOTHING for shareholders in over a year ,as far as financial gains go.Its just more of the same buillshit from MGMT and the clock is ticking and time is running out on how much more they can spoof shareholders.

I won't be voting no or yes because I won't own any shares.

What a trip its been.........moving on......will watch with bated breath though.....at least it can be entertaining,just not profitable.

Besides ,this is just one persons opinion .....and I've griped and complained before so,,,it's nothing new.....however,,,it's getting serious now .......seriously disappointing!
