I don't think they are backing away from the deal yet, but you are 10,000% right on JJ. His enormous ego is more important than the money to him and he needs the money.

IMOP it is just because he is not the one to put the deal together, and that everyone else in the industry hates his miniature ass all the effort that has been put in by the BOD and others is possibly going down to the toilet.

That Putz wants to deal with Russians, Bulgarians rather than with the legit Peruvians. He is selling shares at theses prices just to effect the process negatively.

Someone asked me what I thought was a fair price for JJ's shares. My answer now is 45. Right between the eyes. LOL.
