Bitzio, Inc. (fka BTZO)

Although it appears there is no connection with the other ticker, I must think they have a few things in common. Both had nearly identical 13g's with the same company on the same day. Today, the other ticker announces with 8k it has an aquisition that was done through this same company.

So what does this mean for Bitzio? Not sure yet but I'm betting we get a pretty good 8k next week. There was a lot of money and shares exchanged with this institution. Perhaps the other ticker just got all the i's dotted and t's crossed before Bitzio did.

I am going to try to do some dd and see what this institution may be holding or fascilitating. It could lead to clues on what's about to happen.
