Where does the email from PVEC state this?

we are trying to correct a wrong - our intent is to honor our commitment to our faithful share holders.

Below is the email. I don't see it saying anything about righting any wrong. Where does the company acknowledge the wrong it has not done by not fulfilling its promise to issue the Series C gift shares to all who qualified on the record date or in not redeeming them for $.20 in cash after the 6-month holding period.

Dear Shareholders & Affiliates,


As we endeavor to move forward, the company will be releasing an update as to the status of the C Series distributions. We understand that not all shareholders have received their distribution. The company intends to rectify this, just as the company intends to honor the distributions. We are working to ensure all matters necessary to do this are solidified as soon as possible so that when time allows, each and every eligible shareholder will be able to redeem their distribution.


We have received numerous email and calls from some who say they are shareholders but have not received the Public Notice email sent March 25, 2015. The email list containing the announcement was generated from the email addresses on file from those who confirmed their eligibility of the C Series distribution. Many email were returned to us for various reasons, one of which was for the size of the email announcement. We apologize for this but are doing what we can to apprise shareholders and communicate as able.

Why is Peter Villiotis sending this information privately instead of making a public announcement? It's strange to send a private email to numerous people letting them know about a public announcement that is supposedly going to be issued.

Is the company trying to entice buying of the stock with this private email?
