I see our shell, soon to become Futureland, recently traded today at .0114. Multiply that by the 119.5 M shares OS and you come up with 1.36 M market cap. Divide that by 4.9% (their holders share of post-merger company) and you come up with a valuation of 27.75M for entire company. And an extremely undervalued parent FWDG$ has a market cap of about 2 M. Go figure!
