Dilution, Ultimate-Proof-recent-Press-Releases...are Useless-IMO??

IMO if Steve Samblis's CEO are real...why would he need to dilute hundreds of millions of shares now?


Wouldn't CEO Steve Samblis be able to use the various Revenue streams mentioned in his recent Press Releases instead of selling hundreds of millions of shares....??


So let's see 10 Million shares traded and the PPS is only at .0004??


By Diluting so many shares....does CEO Steve Samblis even care about shareholder value.....? :(
