Here is something that could potentially disrupt Intel lead in servers.

Even the most paranoid Intel investor shouldn't lose a microsecond of
sleep over *that*.

1) RISC servers have been consistently losing share to x86 for about two
decades now and the factors driving this only great stronger and stronger
as x86 becomes even more dominant year after year.

2) In the specific case of Power, with the sale of IBM Micro the architecture
has lost strong coupling between design and process R&D/manufacturing.
