In my opinion I don't think they will do the R/S anytime soon, even though they need it. An R/S is a bad sign and would send shares tumbling, they can't do that as it will upset the debenture holders. I think they are just going to increase the A/S quietly and say it is for further roll out of Zazzz or integration of the acquisitions or some crap like that.
