It doesn't matter "how can" something like this happen. It's obvious that it is. ECIG has dealt with shady financing characters in the past that know how to skirt the rules and they are obviously doing it again today.

Or do you think it's the people who voted yes to this reverse split and held through it and for some reason decided to dump today who are accounting for the 4M+ (60M+ adjusted) volume? Come on.
