Exactly! KEYON COMMUNICATIONS IS OUT OF BUSINESS! It's a clean empty shell and can be used in a reverse merger. I would be more worried if Keyon had an active business license because KEyon made no money. I would not want to hold onto that losing investment for sure. I would probably sell my shares if that was the case.
