What do I think? This company has been a scam since the PAVP days, when Andrea Cortellazzi first took this shell over. I've been following this ahem "company" for at least fifteen years now. Since then, it's been one obvious scam after another, culminating with at least three different "business plans" along with three reverse mergers, that just never happened. Each and every one never came to pass, despite hundreds of millions of shares being sold on the premise, and ZERO revenues to show for it.

If this Gary P. Molinaro, is the same chap who's identified as this denture clinic dude in Stoney Creek Ont, then why (if he's so legit) doesn't he purchase a clean shell? Instead "he" threw his hat into some other scam ticker/company (fka MLHI) with the same cast of Montreal characters, that was closed down by the SEC, and yet, here he is doing the same thing with this scam company?
