Earthen - IMO, the PAIM short rumor should be treated as such.

The only facts I see are that that the share price is at .0001 with no signs of a rally, and we are told that soon the investors will lose 90% of their shares.

Now, if there is a short position, and if the shorts plan to cover...generally Shorty seeks to avoid open market covers whenever possible. I'd bet my last dollar that first they'll call Pearl to get a private placement instead.

If I were Pearl, I'd consider giving them the private placements. Then I could get ALL the money. She has an unlimited A/S, and shares that cost her .0000 to mint. That worries me more than anything.
