more dilution either occurring currently or soon to come....depends on what you believe....personally, I think ARCA amd UBSS transactions already show more dilution is occurring....JF says share count is current and the same as previously announced....bet the next quarter shows much higher OS!


IF GZFX did not plan to utilize the second SB-2 then why would they file one so quickly after completion of the first SB-2 shares...

Those 5+ Billion shares are/will be sold....
