TOP, I seen similar articles but decided that the plants they are building is a different market than Pspw as they are small to med. plants. All 25 plants will produce just a tad more than the HPP dam that we are building.Probably being built for remote village areas?? I also would think the permiting process will be tough on so many power plants. When we read about the how the grand plan already in place to supply power to Albania and then on to the open market to Europe and The rest of the Balkans with the concessions that already are being built and those in the waiting these small dams seem to be a stretch?? I do believe how ever that Norway,Turkey, Austria may be a majority of the where they are talking about the 25 dam's could be built.
I also would think that the Albania environmentalist will be all over this. As the larger HPP dam's have and are facing some strong opposition. All is my opinion
