The amount of used nuclear fuel is the key limiting factor to making nuclear power long term feasible.

See Taiwan: http://enformable.com/2015/03/taiwan-looks-globally-for-help-managing-spent-nuclear-fuel/

Thorium was why I started investing in Lightbridge.

But there are advancements being made on the reprocessing front, which are required if nuclear power wants to compete with other green energy sources.

I think that the very long term future of the human species hinges on our mastery of the atom. While solar and wind are well suited for terrestrial energy they will never provide the propulsion that gets us off this rock.

I've been a shareholder since Novastar Resources and there have been some major setbacks along the way. Fukushima, followed by the events in Russia were tough to stomach, the entire industry has been shaken.

The milestones set for 2016 have been a long time coming. The time really has come for this collection of nuclear industry superstars to put up or shut up.
