Didn't somebody just converted his debt into shares at 50 or whatever cents? I'm sure the guy will be a happy camper if these shares are suddenly worthless in a bancruptcy. Something is weird here with all the constant up and down scenarios.

There isn't any possible situation where the big guys couldn't solve the issue IMO, unless the bancruptcy scenario is better overall for the insiders. I mean seriously, we are talking about dozen of millions to make here for the guys with many millions of shares if this one survives and thrives.

Again, something is off here if they go this way. IMO
