Buying VRNG might be a good start.... They can pursue ZTE, Huawei, HTC, and Xiaomi all over the world (except China) and give them the same skewering that VRNG is already giving ZTE but with a fortress balance sheet behind them and the added benefit of threatening to stop selling them key components if the don't play fair and LICENSE the IP that makes their products relevant. Now there's some leverage!!
