A CEO that continually raises the number of shares outstanding to raise money (at a low stock price no less), all the while spending ridiculous amounts of money on stupid, unnecessary items, probably doesn't realize that the way he gets very wealthy is to get the stock price up and get bought out. He went from owning half of the company to owning less than 5% because he had to keep diluting himself and other shareholders, hence the need for him to issue himself a ton of shares.

Look at all the unnecessary things in their headquarters alone. Why does a company with little to no free cash flow need a headquarters with millions of dollars of workout equipment, body fat scanners, a hyperbaric chamber, turf fields, basketball courts, putting greens. These are the kind of things that you buy and build out your HQ when you have tons of cash flowing in the door like nike. Not when you are barely scraping by, constantly issuing more shares to raise money and taking out loans just to pay your employees because you ran out of cash again.

Regardless, I hope for all shareholders' sake that they figure it out and sell this company for a billion in a couple years, but I just no longer see them doing that.
