Of the many airline experienced posters, can someone know or get info on, let's say the last real-life mishaps (on the ground obviously) five or more, and how many of their chutes did not open? That would be of great interest to those who feel baltia's failures are the cause of chutes. I have no idea, but at each mishaps news reporting I can't recall reports on non-functional chutes. Thanks.
