Applied DNA Sciences Announces Proposed Public Offering

STONY BROOK, NY--(Marketwired - March 26, 2015) - Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (APDN) (APDNW) (Twitter: @APDN), a provider of DNA-based anti-counterfeiting technology, supply chain and product authentication solutions, announced that it intends to offer shares of common stock and warrants to purchase common stock in an underwritten public offering. Maxim Group LLC will serve as the sole book runner for the offering with The Benchmark Company acting as Co-Manager.
