What's taking so long for the SEC to litigate against Dunky?

A man this reckless needs to be barred from the markets and have ALL of his public scams suspended

Yeah, but there's so many of em. lol

If not for TRII, KMAG might be small enough taters (e.g amount Jeffy-Dunky got with an illegal dump) to just allow to fade away. As is, IMO the presence of TRII is making a mockery of the KMAG suspension.

Duncan-Jeffy has been very careful to detail all the toxic debt being generated in TRII ville. However, he has been relatively quiet on the pumping in 2014. Maybe that little PCAOB bird did pay his auditor a visit last June? Chatty Duncan has been strangely quiet. If the regulators have constipated any future pumps in his other stock, then not being able to make the affiliates whole, accomplishes the same as a suspension. In which case one has both his stocks in fade mode.

If Duncan-Jeffy starts pumping his other stock again, then the SEC does need to get off its arse, and end the circus mockery. Maybe he'll behave himself, and just tweet fade away.
