I believe it is the later because it said "net" profits.

Where your numbers are wrong is the 1 million mark! The size of the first facility they are talking about is massive, and if u look at some of the RR videos these guys know how to get great yields. Your 1 million is WAY OFF. That is also only one of three in California and does not include other deals like Jamaica, Canada (with weed md) ext.

As far as legality of it it is my impression that the sheriff is mostly concerned about recreational. If the state says its legal and the Feds say it's legal I think they are just working on resolving local issues- that and because it is on sovereign land probably does not matter. But yes that is what everyone is waiting to see/find out.
