The PPS would spike like all hell broke loose and investors finally gets paid as millionaires are be made as the apparatus later switches from just powering business to powering homes and many other consumer products.

Remember, the apparatus is not only used in aiding the productions of Gas and Electric, but also has "water" as its waste!
When distilled/filtered and stored for household usages and/or consumption, it'll lower the water bill for those of whom that would apply and more.

All of this and more CAN happen right now!
The technology is ready here and in their possession.
