That is not in the agenda, I mean cancel the R/S. In fact is impossible. We made a mistake buying WWAG from the begining. Our money was to keep alive the micro company. Now its value is just 15.000 US$ and I beleive Alcom wants to get in the area of stock market via buying for just a few thousands WWAG. Maybe there is the reason of little problems in between sellers WWAG and buyer Alcom. WWAG might want some more money to close the operation. Allcom might be screwing on the WWAG weakness. But both are walking in the interest to do the deal. Of course, a bad surprise can comes and all these can end in nothing. And nothing means no Merge, means we are lost. We, means shareholders.

But I am quite 90% in hope merge will come, but forget the cancel of R/S
The new O/S to be is 5.000.0000 shares, 100:1. The new price 0.02

The good if Merge comes, is that there is to come a lot of news after that.
Summit Channel is to be sold to Alcom in September if I understood well
