Even I bailed out two days before the would-be buyout price was announced. I had absolute full confidence in the company, I just knew that after making a 500% profit, even a very very small chance it could crash was enough to pull out.
It was a balance of risk vs reward and the reward was already so high that the risk had to be near zero to go on.
I don't think they sold though, did they? Wasn't this just a notice? We've seen massive buy orders more than we've seen massive sell orders.
