Update from E*trade - just spoke a moment ago with a rep who spoke with Corporate Actions department. The shares will start being transferred into the accounts tomorrow (Friday) so we will probably see some deliveries mid-day tomorrow. All the shares will have been fully delivered/updated by Monday pre-open per E*Trade.
