Everything posted here is of opinion and and NOT fact. This is a very interesting case we have here with CEHC cause there could be several reasons why CEHC filed delinquent. I don’t think there was every any malice or fraud intended cause it was very public they were working on filings for a few months with a reputable auditor in DKM. Additionally, this was NOT a share selling scam with NO BUSINESS whatsoever like 90% plus of the OTC pinks. The share structure he is around 650M OS which is well below most OTC pinks. This is a real 200% bonafide business in BITCOIN that can be checked out in minutes. NO ONE CAN ARGUE THAT. Go see their addresses where there ATM’s are at. Go look at their websites and news which is REAL. There could be several reasons why they received the delinquent suspension. Maybe they got the companies, tickers mixed up and notice never was received. Its very confusing in the past filings to see what is what. But my real opinion is the SEC was tipped off here by criminal naked shorts and manipulators of counterfeit shares of CEHC STOCK so as to NEVER COVER so they bombarded the SEC with emails on CEHC which triggered the letter on the delinquency. 75% or more of the OTC pinks are delinquent if not more, lol., so why CEHC??? They just happenend to hit their radar, I think NOT.

Peter has been working with the SEC to comply with their standards. IT IS NOT BOGUS ITS 100% REAL AND FILED ON EDGAR. Evidence of that came out in the 10k yesterday and other emails investors got showing that Peter is working with them to lift the Suspension. Now, it may start trading in the GREY market when it reopens on the 25th, but I don’t think it will be there long and suspension will be lifted in short time and will be trading back on the otc pinks. Hold all your shares imo, cause this is going to get very exciting. As for the shorts in CEHC stock, it's the worst nightmare this trades again.
