IMHO I suggest

any who quote or refer to company sources (especially if crediting by name) to make sure they are 100% true and careful. To speak about others using quotes or extracted emails skirts close to legal, and while welcome if intended to be in the public domain, and informing, carries a higher bar than 'opinions'.

I am interested in the JG comments...as he has not been a spokesperson as yet.
