Here's what I think;

Reid is wanting to piss off enough shareholders with false promises so they get frustrated and sell their KMAG shares at .000000001 so he can buy the company back for $750 and go private,,,,

It's possible, but 0.000000001 might elicit SH lawsuits. Safe would be to let it drop to 001, tell the SHs it's hopeless, and announce a buyout of the 200-400M shares at 0001. The rest of the 750M O/S he and his affiliates probably already own.

Think about Reid being able to dump all the KMAG shareholder baggage and continue on his merry way mining with other peoples money.

That's the only fly in the soup for Reid. He needs to pump TRII up to 02 to make his affiliates whole. Imagine a swarm of pissed off KMAG SHs getting in the way of his pumps. IMO, all of this tweet nonsense has been for Reid to have a way to maintain his image (or what's left of it) so he can pump up TRII. If he can make his TRII affiliates (dumping stock) whole at 02, then he exits the market happy. Thus far he's having problems finding a way to pump his hobby horse mine. So while he tries to figure out how to pump his other stock, why not keep tweeting nonsense in KMAG ville? Tweets are cheap.
