I think they should do a 10,000:1 RS. This would bring the stock price to $56/share. But of course the total number share is reduced by a factor of 10,000.

There are 7,710,000 shares outstanding, so dividing by 10,000 would give 770 shares outstanding.

Does anyone know if there is a rule that the number of shares outstanding has to be larger than the share price?.....LOL
