Actually about 11% eat gluten free according to the article below but I get your point. Heck even Girl Scout Cookies have a gluten free version. What I'm taking away from the 8K is a big box (Costco, Kroger maybe) want the option and Nate is obliging them. I think that an organic version (smaller production than BB) should be considered as well. Time will tell. GLTY.
