Yes, there was a great deal of speculation. However, you will also recall the shareholders "legitimately" voted down the r/s as well as the increase in the A/S only to find, 6 months later, that YA circumvented the "finalized" vote and forced the r/s and A/S increase WITHOUT another shareholder vote!

This is NOT a stock which should be acquired or toyed with in any fashion. YA controls Neom and the pps will NOT budge until Neom's debt is repaid in full. Until then, YA will continue converting their debentures to meet any and all demand for shares, and the pps will remain precisely at .0001.

All of the above, JMO. Shame on ANYONE who turns a blind eye to all of the repetitious abusive practices which have befallen and continue to befall shareholders.
