OK, this is my own interpretation of the event and ideas presented. It's already 2nd hand info, so take it for what you will. I make no claim of accuracy, nor will I make any quotes or try to imply what Nelson was thinking... I'm just relaying the general ideas and feel in my own words and thoughts.

Sounds like it was a great time. The menu was excellent and Nelson spoke well. He discussed the business at length from inception to the next few years. The focus right now appears to be installation. The target market is CA and NV. There is such a huge amount of money in that area waiting to be scooped up. Government incentives are a non-issue. Our business model sets us apart significantly from any "competition". There are plenty (lots and lots and lots) of potential acquisition targets in this market alone.

Apparently the complexities of bringing the cell to market are many and are why we haven't signed a deal yet, however apparently Nelson was on the phone with a manufacturer prior to the lecture. My take on the cell is that the lack of a cell deal is not a problem right now, and won't be at any time in the future. For those who are here for the cell, there still seems to be the chance of it in the future, however again, the company's focus right now is on installation and this is a great thing.

I won't go into details about potential revenue that were discussed however the 40-45 for 2015 sound like pretty low estimates.
