There is no set time for the Record Date, that we know of. It could be March 1, 2015 or it could be March 31, 2015 or April 15, 2015.

It may get some
Chair Sitters" to buy shares. Or it may inhibit prospective share holders like me. If the cut off or "Record Date" is March 15, it would be fool hardy of me to buy shares, hoping to get spin off shares.

I have sent an email for clarification and I will call the company in the morning as well, hoping to discern that "Record Date". If I get that info, I will share it here.

TRUTH is so powerful, it can sometimes right the wrongs perpetrated by greed.
